Meeting Spaces

Give your group a place to meet, play and grow together. Connections happen when you take people out of their normal environment. So, take your group away from their everyday pressures and to a place they can relax, play and gather.

We understand the value of taking time away on a retreat. A change of scenery and the benefits of nature will bring people closer. Whether it is a large conference group or intimate gathering our staff will help select the idea spaces for your group.

ELC and Main Hall

Main Hall
The Main Hall space is around 5000 sq. ft. and features: a performance stage, wireless microphones, sound and video equipment, chairs, tables, drink station, pianos, podiums, and restrooms.

The ELC Large Room
The ELC Large Room is around 2000 sq. ft. and offers a wall of windows and doors bringing in the outside. It features: chairs, tables, sound and video equipment, podium, restrooms, microphones, and a moveable stage.

Breakout Spaces

Namaste
We have a great space located in the center of the Namaste. It is complete with sound and AV equipment, patio with rocking chairs, and any needed tables and chairs.

Lounge
The Lounge is located in the heart of the Lodge. It has a full kitchen, couches, deck, and games. A great space for 20 to 30 people gathering to meet.

ELC meeting rooms – 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs
The ELC center has 1 lounge area downstairs with a large TV, couches, chairs and tables. It also has 3 great breakout rooms upstairs with AV equipment and any seating you might need.

Outdoor Spaces

When it comes to outdoor spaces the possibilities are unlimited. Whether you want a designated space or an on the fly area we have it all.

The most popular places are:

The Amphitheater over looks the lake and can hold up to 250 people.

The 2 Gazebos have benches, lights and fans.

The Grove area is located outside the dining hall and filled with Adirondack chairs within a shady grove of trees.

The ELC deck hosts multiple picnic tables and trees for a shaded relaxing feel.

Basketball pavilions – 2 of them – are large covered areas that are great for games or on the ground seating and hanging out.

Large shade structure – we have 2 of these as well. They are large shaded areas that hold benches and great for meeting.
